The Promise: Our team will be on-site, fully set up, machines calibrated, and ready to pour exactly 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Once the event begins, we guarantee a serving speed of up to 60 cups per hour to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our Accountability: If we are not ready to serve by your exact start time, or if our equipment causes an unexpected operational bottleneck, we will instantly refund 15% of your total booking fee.
The Promise: We are a highly workable, agency-friendly partner. We treat our minimalist cart as a blank canvas for your creative vision. We provide services from custom cart wraps and branded cup sleeves to curating themed signature drinks that match your campaign.
Our Accountability: We operate on a strict "No Surprises" policy. If the physical branding on event day deviates from the mockup you signed off on, your entire custom branding add-on fee is 100% refunded.
The Promise: On event day, we eliminate the dreaded catering line with our Virtual Queue. Attendees simply scan a QR code at the cart, and walk up to the station exactly when their drinks are ready. We also provide a full analytics report to have a better insight of your order.
Our Accountability: If our QR-ordering system experiences downtime or if your post-event data report is not delivered within 24 hours, we will apply a RM50 credit toward your next order.
